ADVERTISEMENTS
Portland-area home sales continued to be a mixed bag during the past few months, according to the real estate group Regional Multiple Listing Service.
The group’s monthly report showed that prices of local homes on the market edged up from May to June, but were still down from a year ago.
RMLS survey reported Monday that 14,752 homes were still on the local market, about a 7.3-month supply. That’s down from a 19-month supply recorded in early 2009.
